1. Donations

• All donations made towards Shri Radha Krishna Temple construction, seva, and charitable activities are considered as voluntary contributions.

• Once a donation is successfully made, it is non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances.

2. Failed Transactions

• If a donation amount is deducted from the donor’s bank account but not credited to us, the amount will be refunded automatically by the payment gateway/bank within 7–10 working days.

• If not, donors can contact us with transaction details for assistance.

3. Cancellations

• Since donations are not a product or service purchase, cancellation of donations is not permitted once payment is processed.
